Intra Moot Court Competition

Welcome to Faculty of Law, Marwadi University’s Intra Moot Court Competition, an exciting event designed to showcase the legal prowess and advocacy skills of our talented students. This competition, held within the confines of our esteemed institution, provides a unique opportunity for participants to immerse themselves in a simulated legal environment, gaining valuable practical experience. The competition will follow a structured format mirroring a real court proceeding. Participants, organized into teams, will assume the roles of petitioners or respondents and present compelling oral arguments based on a meticulously crafted moot problem. Our panel of judges, composed of legal professionals, esteemed faculty members, and experienced practitioners, will evaluate participants based on their legal reasoning, presentation skills, depth of legal knowledge, and their ability to field questions effectively. A thought-provoking moot problem has been prepared in advance, challenging participants to navigate complex legal issues. This fictional case serves as the foundation for their arguments, encouraging participants to apply theoretical legal knowledge to practical scenarios.
